Business Analyst (Production Automation) in Ajax Systems

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst with a focus on the following business areas : production management (planning and accounting), quality management, repair management.

Tasks for positions:

• Coordination of interaction boundaries of business processes, establishing process goals and measurable controlled metrics;
• Identification and management of business process resources;
• Detailed description and mapping of business processes;
• Assessment of the feasibility of reengineering and/or automation of business processes;
• Development and verification of control and target metrics of business processes;
• Analysis of the sequence of execution of subprocesses in business processes and, based on the conclusions obtained , development of measures to reduce time and financial costs;
• Implementation of reengineering and comprehensive preparation of business processes for automation;
• Estimation of the costs of the business process before and after its reengineering, the costs of the reengineering itself and comparison with the economic effect of the changes made;
• Identification of duplicated and inappropriate operations in business processes, development of recommendations for optimizing business processes and their main indicators/metrics;
• Active participation in implementation ERP systems as a business analytics direction. Business support on implementation issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year ;
• Desirable understanding of product life cycle management, development of new devices (constructive, technology) and launching them into mass production.
