Business Analyst (Production) in Ajax Systems

Tasks for the position: Development of an accounting system of our own development (on the 1C platform). Preparation of processes for the transition to a new ERPWorking with Stakeholders and Product owners to form requirements, search for optimal solutions. Description of AS IS and TO BE processesDescription of business requirements and development of technical tasks for developmentPreparation of proposals for optimization of business processesCommunication with the development team, detailing of requirements. Support of tasks before release. Conducting integration, functional and regression testing, based on development results. Analysis of technical and user documentation, writing test scripts, testing, fixing defects, compiling reports, setting tasks to eliminate program errors, building and supporting testing processes in a team, preparing all program modules for various types of testing. Transfer of finished products to customers. Support for users (processing requests, help with system settings, skills in finding and determining the causes of incorrect data, group processing of documents, fixing bugs) Searching for the latest solutions for automating work with inventory Support for the 2nd line of support in the direction (user consultation) Writing instructions for User Requirements: Confident knowledge and understanding of accounting standards (production/purchasing) Experience in setting and supporting tasks, developing business requirements and drafting technical tasks for automating business processes Experience working as an analyst, consultant of accounting systems 1C / BAS / SAP / IT enterprise or others , from 2 years, preferably in implementation projects Experience of an advanced user of one of the 1C / BAS / SAP / IT enterprise configurations in the direction of financial accounting and production Higher education in one of the directions: IT, logistics, procurement, customs affairs, management Excellent analytical abilities, negotiation skills and solve complex issues Experience in setting clear and technically competent tasks for developers to expand the standard capabilities of the system Experience in writing test cases and testing enhancements Will be an advantage: Knowledge of BPMN notation and the ability to create business process diagrams Experience in working with Jira, Confluence We offer: Work in a comfortable UNIT.City office (Kyiv ).
