Key Responsibilities:

•Conducting in-depth analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

•Collaborating with stakeholders to implement process improvements and optimize workflows.

•Utilizing process mining tools and techniques to uncover hidden opportunities for automation and enhancement.

Key Qualifications:

•Experience in business analysis, process mapping, or a related field.

•Proficiency with Jira or similar tools.
