Business analyst PMC in Nova Digital

Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital, which is part of a member of the Nova Poshta group of companies and provides technological solutions for logistics, production and infrastructure businesses. We are looking for a "Business analyst PMC".

What will you do:

• Analysis of business requirements
• Formalization of technical requirements, description of the business process in the format of BPMN, UML diagrams
• Support of the task from the analysis of the business requirements of the customer to the final acceptance testing by the business customer
• Decomposition and setting of tasks for developers/designers/testers
• Constant communication and interaction with business customers and the development team together with PM
• Optimization of existing processes
• Post-release support
• Communication with project stakeholders

About you:

• Higher degree (technical education will be an advantage)
• Experience as a business or system analyst from 4 years
• Knowledge and use best practices of business analysis, requirements management and system analysis
• Ability to professionally describe technical and business requirements of a product. Experience working with Jira, communicating with the development/testing team within the framework of implementing business
  requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to find common ground with technical specialists
• Understanding modern web technologies/client-server architecture
• Ability to navigate the guidelines and approaches of various front-end frameworks and design patterns
• Knowledge of SDLC
• Knowledge and experience in software development methodologies providing
• Practical skills for working with API requests
