The Red Cross Society of Ukraine (Red Cross Society of Ukraine) announces a competition for the position of Business Analyst. Description: As part of the Cash and Voucher Strategy, which includes the expansion of cash programs in 2022 and 2025, TCHU has established a data management system to support the provision of cash assistance at the national level. TCHU is looking for a Business Analyst with strong technical knowledge and experience in payment systems implementation and CRM support to oversee the implementation of this new solution. Under the leadership of the Head of Digital Transformation and in relationship with the IT department, we expect the Business Analyst to be a key implementation support and supporting cash and voucher payment systems, to identify and apply the necessary steps, including implementation, updates and maintenance rules, as well as coordination with the software development team and various involved units of the TCHHU. Candidate requirements: Higher education (IT, technical/ economic or finance); Work experience as an IT business analyst from 3 years; English language proficiency level — Intermediate; Work experience in the implementation of payment systems and CRM in a cross-functional environment; Understanding of the basics of the software development cycle (SDLC), the basics of project management, principles and approaches of Agile methodology; Knowledge of BPMN notation;Knowledge of functional requirements description approaches;Strong general knowledge of the IT and technology world required;Experience with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, as well as Jira, Google Docs;Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills; Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines both independently and in a team; High level of self-organization and time management; Leadership qualities, attention to detail, analytical skills; Responsibility for decisions and results. Your tasks: Interaction with the team of cash and voucher assistance in the analysis of the current state of payment systems and business processes, identification of business requirements, their formalization and description; Preparation and approval of technical tasks in the context of the implementation of payment systems and CRM; Management of development tasks throughout the life cycle, control and coordination of deadlines ;Project scope tracking and customer requirements management;Interaction with development teams in the process of planning sprints, evaluation of results;Testing of developed software and preparation of instructions for users;Development of training materials and participation in training of business users (TCHU departments). Support of transfer and training for both IT and business users; User support, conducting training, building a stable communication channel between the cash and voucher assistance team with the TCHHU divisions and the software developer.
