The Red Cross Society of Ukraine (CRCS) announces a competition for the position Business - analyst. In this position, you will be able to join a large-scale project of automating cash assistance to victims.

Description:

Within the framework of the Cash and Voucher Assistance Strategy, which includes the expansion of cash programs in 2022 and 2025, the TCHU has established a data management system to support the provision of cash assistance at the national level. TCHU is looking for a Business Analyst with strong technical knowledge and experience in payment system implementation and CRM support to oversee the implementation of this new solution.

Under the leadership of the Head of Digital Transformation and in relationship with the IT department, we expect the business - the analyst will be the key support for the implementation and maintenance of cash and voucher payment systems, to identify and apply the necessary steps, including implementation, updates and service rules, as well as coordination with the software development team and the various involved units of the TCHU.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (IT, technical/economic or finance);
• Experience as an IT business analyst from 3 years;
• Intermediate English language proficiency;
• Experience in implementing payment systems and CRM in a cross-functional environment;
• Understanding the basics of the software development cycle ensuring (SDLC), the basics of project management, the principles and approaches of Agile methodology;
• Knowledge of BPMN notations;
• Knowledge of functional requirements description approaches;
• Strong general knowledge of the world of IT and technology is required;
• Work experience with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, as well as Jira, Google Docs;
• Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills;
• Ability to work effectively in tight deadlines both independently and in a team;
• High level of self-organization and time management;
• Leadership qualities, attention to details, analytical abilities;
• Responsibility for made decisions and the result. Your tasks: Interaction with the cash and voucher assistance team in the analysis of the current state of payment systems and business processes, identification of business requirements, their formalization and description;
• Preparation and coordination of technical tasks in the section of implementation of payment systems and CRM;
• Management of development tasks throughout the life cycle, control and coordination of deadlines;
• Tracking of the scope of the project and management of requirements on the customer's side;
• Interaction with development teams in the process of planning sprints, evaluation of the obtained results;
• Testing of developed software and preparation of instructions for users;
• Development of training materials and trainingast in training of business users (TCHHU departments). Support transfer and training for both IT and business users;
• Support users, conduct training, build a stable communication channel between the Cash and Voucher team with the TCHU units and the software developer.
