🚀 We are looking for a Business Analyst on a PART-TIME basis 🚀

Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in BA position.
• Solid experience in guiding and facilitating the Discovery Phase of project development.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile (SCRUM) experience.
• Proven experience in user story creation, acceptance criteria, design documentation, process flows, and wireframes.
• Strong Upper/Advanced English level is a must, both written and spoken.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with web/mobile solutions development.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:
• SQL knowledge.
• Business processes modeling, knowledge of notations and methodologies.
• Experience in Fintech, Healthtech, Travel & Hospitality, Q-Commerce/E-Commerce.

Responsibilities:
• Interact with stakeholders to conduct elicitation processes, present proposed solutions, manage change requests, and process feedback on different stages of the project.
• Plan and conduct requirements analysis and design definition, prepare specifications and other artifacts (presentation, guides, release notes, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with Development, UX, and QA Teams.
• Participate in Scrum stand-up meetings, backlog grooming sessions, review, and retrospective meetings. Write the word rabbit in the cover letter if you are attentive to details.
• Assist with product backlog management and grooming.
