  YOUR TASKS AND DUTIES THE POSITION WILL BE:

  • creation of business requirements for the automation of business processes for the creation of new internal and external services of the company;
  • development of technical tasks/specifications, functional and non-functional requirements, user instructions;
  • development of scenarios and participation in testing;
  • description and modeling of business processes, analysis of efficiency, possibilities of business process implementation and development of proposals for their optimization ;
  • interaction with software developers regarding the implementation of business requirements and system functionality;
  • participation in the organization of interaction with business: conducting negotiations, organizing meetings, preparing digital product presentations, etc.< /li>
  • coordination of the process of iterative development, integration with existing systems (billing, partner API, CRM, SAP) and new systems;
  • participation in cross-functional projects, taking into account the implementation of IT solutions.
