Requirements:3+ years of experience as a business analyst in a software development areaProven ability to understand the customer business needs and to transform them into technical requirementsExperience in deconstructing product components to detailExperience with explaining technical concepts simply, to both technical and non-technical peopleExperience in software solutions creation from scratchPractical experience in projecting MVPsOutstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsPractical experience of software development and/or solution deliveryUpper Intermediate EnglishWill be plus:Experience in data modelingProject management experienceResponsibility:Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in product.Create and update technical requirements that meet product and business needsCreate detailed requirements maps and workflows to help optimize efficiency.Ensure that implemented solutions meet the defined businessrequirements and work closely with development and QA teams during testing phases.Create and maintain documentation for business processes, functionalspecifications, and user guides.Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals.Identify issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in processes and propose innovative solutions.
