Business Analyst (office work from 3 days a week) in Aspichi

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in a software development area
• Proven ability to understand the customer business needs and to transform them into technical requirements
• Experience in deconstructing product components to detail
• Experience with explaining technical concepts simply, to both technical and non-technical people
• Experience in software solutions creation from scratch
• Practical experience in projecting MVPs
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Practical experience of software development and/or solution delivery
• Upper Intermediate English

Will be plus:

• Experience in data modeling
• Project management experience

Responsibility:

• Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in product.
• Create and update technical requirements that meet product and business needs
• Create detailed requirements maps and workflows to help optimize efficiency.
• Ensure that implemented solutions meet the defined business
• requirements and work closely with development and QA teams during testing phases.
• Create and maintain documentation for business processes, functional
• specifications, and user guides.
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals.
• Identify issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in processes and propose innovative solutions.
