Functional responsibilities: Participation in the Bank's projects for the launch of new and improvement of existing solutions/processes/products; Analysis and formalization of the business requirements of the customer and the involved parties regarding changes in the existing/launch of new software and hardware complexes of the Bank within the scope of product functionality development/modification and processes; Collection and detailed description of the customer's needs within the project, description of the target process, functional and non-functional needs of the final product; Description of processes/solutions as is, to be, GAP analysis for the formation of the target concept; Verification of business requirements prepared by the customer, development of the optimal business solution concept; Coordination of business requirements with stakeholders, finalization of the business concept; Coordination of the technical task developed by the executor on the basis of the customer's business solution concept; Description of the criteria by which the adoption of the developed solution will be carried out; Control of technological development , testing, participation in confirming compliance with the implementation of requirements Our expectations: Higher educationExperience of working with banking processes and knowledge of regulatory requirements for bank processesDesign, development and implementation of solutions for automating the work-flow of bank processesExperience in setting and design of technical tasks for the development of IT solutionsKnowledge of business methods and tools analysis, business process design standardsKnowledge of MIS tools and methods of data collection, monitoring and presentationPlease send detailed resumes indicating the job title and desired salary level.
