Business analyst of the Logistics and Equipment Repair Department in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Organization (initiation ) of the procurement process of spare parts, components for ATM/TSO
• Control over deliveries under concluded contracts
• Control over budget indicators of the unit
• Preparation of unit reports (budget, staffing , regular reporting on the main projects/tasks of the unit)

Basic requirements:

• Experience of working with reporting of a large division
• Experience of working with procurement and execution of supply contracts (including with non-residents)
• Experience of working with logistics processes (warehouse accounting, transportation, purchases)
• Ability to work with tables containing a large amount of data
• Ability to work with presentations (preparation of reports, summarization of unit data)
• Ability to work with a large number of projects/tasks at the same time
• Basic knowledge of accounting requirements, legislative requirements in the area of ​​procurement and business contracts
• Experience of organizing or participating in transformational projects in the logistics field (optimization warehouse logistics, logistics processes of the company) will be an advantage
