What are you will do in the position of Business Analyst of project activities:

• Preparation and development of regular and specific analytical reports and information materials related to the Bank's portfolio of projects/products (Excel, Power BI , Confluence, PowerPoint).
• Preparation of presentation and analytical materials of the Project Management Department for the Bank's maintenance management in Excel, Power BI, Confluence, PowerPoint.
• Analytical processing of large data sets for construction dynamic and non-standardized reports.
• Analysis and budget support of the Bank's portfolio of projects/products.
• Control of the use of resources at the level of the Bank's portfolio of projects/products.
• Participation in general banking projects.
• Organization of information collection processes (ad-hoc reporting at the request of the Bank's maintenance management).
  
  We are looking for a specialist who has:
  • Full higher education in one of the relevant specialties: "Applied informatics / mathematics", "Automated management and information processing systems" , "Economics" or a higher professional education in another field of training according to the main functional responsibilities of this vacancy.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data (experience with databases, building queries for reporting, database consolidation and analysis).Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Excel, VBA, dashboarding).Knowledge of Microsoft Access, ability to write SQL queries is a plus.
  • Experience in the field of project management is a plus
  • Knowledge of the English language - Intermediate level (mandatory)
