Business analyst of a medium-sized business in PrivatBank

We are looking for a Business analyst of a medium-sized business of the Republic of Poland who seeks to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

We are looking for a goal-oriented professional who can multitask, with excellent communication skills, who is focused on quality and results.

Main duties:

• Analyzes legal, financial documents and the financial condition of the client with the aim of assessing the possibility of lending.
• Performs basic financial analysis of the enterprise, assesses the quality and completeness of client reporting.
• Performs the initial validation of a complete package of client documents and their entry into the relevant bank systems.
• Prepares a loan application, prepares recommendations on the structure of the agreement, presentation of the business position at the credit committee.
• Conducts negotiations with clients in the process of preparing and analyzing documents for obtaining a loan or other product.
• Updates the legal and financial documents of medium-sized business clients available at the Bank.
• Communicates with the bank’s divisions regarding the approval of applications for clients.
• Advises clients on functions and their connection to Privat24 for business.
• Controls repayment of % and commissions of established clients.
• Meets requirements for financial monitoring, risk management, countermeasures against legalization (laundering) of proceeds obtained through crime, financing of terrorism and financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, etc.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education, majoring in "Accounting and Taxation", "Management", "Economics", "Finance, Banking and Insurance" or related.
• 1+ year of work experience in the banking system or in auditing or leasing company in the position of business analyst / credit analyst / risk manager / credit manager in working with SME or corporate business clients.
• 3+ years of work experience in servicing and monitoring the credit portfolio of clients.
• Practical knowledge of business analysis, constant self-development in the field of business analysis.
• Knowledge of products, services and bank services for business lending, the process of lending to business clients.
• Understanding the basic principles of enterprise financial analysis, financial management, enterprise accounting.
• Understanding the basic principles of KYC, the regulatory framework of the NBU regarding financial monitoring and compliance of activitiesclients.
• Knowledge of enterprise accounting, the principles of drawing up consolidated reporting (will be an advantage).
• Availability of competencies: orientation to the result, teamwork, focus on the client, analysis and work with numerical data, work with textual information, attention to details.
• Skills in working with packages of client documents, supporting the conclusion of credit agreements contracts.
• A confident user of a PC, MS Office, Google services (sheets, documents, mail, calendar, etc.).
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language).
