Responsibilities:
- definition business needs of clients, collection and analysis of requirements; modeling of business processes; description of technical tasks; writing instructions and conducting training on new functionality for end users;
- testing and implementation of tasks into the system;
- participation in product development;
- interaction with developers to translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Requirements:
- 2 years of work experience as a business analyst or system analyst;
- work experience with IT services (sites, ERP systems, applications);
- experience in writing technical tasks for the developer;
- understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- experience in writing technical documentation;
- experience with Jira, Confluence;
- preferred experience with flowcharting tools (Draw.io, Bizagi, Visio, etc.);
- communication, system thinking and the ability to work in a team.
