Business analyst of IT services in Meest China

Responsibilities:

• identification of business needs of customers, collection and analysis of requirements;
• modeling of business processes;
• description of technical tasks;
• writing instructions and conducting training on new functionality for end users;
• testing and implementation of tasks into the system;
• participation in product development;
• interaction with developers to translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Requirements:

• 2 years of work experience as a business analyst or system analyst;
• work experience with IT services (sites, ERP systems, applications);
• experience in writing technical tasks for the developer;
• understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• experience writing technical documentation;
• experience working with Jira, Confluence;
• preferred experience with flowcharting tools (Draw.io, Bizagi, Visio, etc.);
• communication, systematic thinking and the ability to work in a team.
