We are currently looking for a business analyst with 3 years of experience - with experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems (for example: IS-Pro, 1C, BAS, Oracle, any others). Ensuring the target level of services, as well as the requirements recorded in the agreements on the level of services and the provision of IT services in the SAP area within the framework of a separate or several functional directions. Implementation of settings of initial and medium complexity (maintenance of directories-accounts, warehouses, cost center, etc.), initial testing and documentation of changes. Interaction in a team with architects, developers. Help with technical documentation. If necessary - consulting users. Data correction (without making changes to the system functionality) - if necessary. Regular regression testing of all implemented changes in the system (including changes in functionality/reporting, changes aimed at internal optimization, etc.), verification of the operation of critical business processes and assessment of the impact of the implemented changes on them. Documentation of test results, development of proposals for making changes to the existing functionality.| YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE: Experience working as a business analyst. Experience analyzing and describing business processes, writing technical tasks, participating in testing. The ability to build cooperation and communication with users and the development team. The level of English is not lower than Upper Intermediate. Communicability, responsibility, ability to work with people. Promptness in work and in finding solutions. Purposefulness.
