Business analyst of CRM systems in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

Kyivstar is looking for a Business Analyst of CRM systems, who is ready to become part of our team and help implement innovative solutions for automating business processes. Main duties:

• Collection, analysis and formalization of user requirements for CRM system functionality;
• Formation and coordination of business and technical requirements for business process automation;
• Description and visualization of business processes using notations BPMN, UML, Use Case diagrams;
• Analysis of current business processes of sales and customer service, identification of business and user needs;
• Conducting interviews, workshops and surveys with customer representatives to clarify requirements;
• Preparation of proposals for optimization and improvement of business processes;
• Checking the compliance of the implemented functionality with the agreed requirements, participation in the testing of information systems;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of the use of the CRM system and the development of recommendations for its improvement;
• Participation in the preparation and conduct of trainings, development of training materials for users;
• Interaction with IT teams of developers, testers and external contractors within the scope of projects automation.

Requirements:

• Education — higher;
• Experience in the field of business and/or system analysis for at least 1 year;
• Knowledge of the basics of business process modeling (BPMN, UML);
• Practical skills in developing business requirements for information systems, products or processes;
• Knowledge of the principles of construction and functioning of CRM systems;
• Experience with CRM Creatio is desirable;
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
