Main duties:

• Counseling of employees on the operation of processes and the IT system
• Development of technical tasks for the improvement of the IT system
• Monitoring of process KPIs, analysis of the causes of violations and development of corrective measures
• Detailing and modeling of processes
• Analysis of large arrays of statistical data to identify problems

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• Experience in analyzing large amounts of statistical data and identifying problems
• Experience in process modeling
• Ability to create presentations
• Ability to formulate technical tasks for revision IT systems
• Direct interaction with development teams in the part of finalizing IT systems
• Business analysis
• Preparation of analytical reports based on process results (will be an advantage)
