Main duties:

- Analysis of business processes related to mobile banking and online banking;

- Collaboration with responsible teams to collect and document detailed business requirements;

- Participating in functional testing of developed solutions;

- Improving processes and increasing the efficiency of digital banking services;

- Observing market trends to ensure the relevance of our mobile and web platforms .

Requirements for the candidate:

- Higher education in the field of business administration, finance , banking or IT;

- Experience as a business analyst in the banking or related field, with an emphasis on mobile and web services;

- Possession of business analysis tools and methodologies;
