< b style="font-weight: 700">Main duties:

• Analyzes legal, financial documents and the financial condition of the client with the aim of assessing the possibility of lending.
• Performs basic financial analysis of the enterprise, assessment of the quality and completeness of client reporting.
• Performs initial validation of a complete package of client documents and their entry into the appropriate of the bank system.
• Prepares a loan application, prepares recommendations on the structure of the agreement, presents the business position to the credit committee.
• Conducts negotiations with clients in the process of preparing and analyzing documents for obtaining a loan or other of the product.
• Updates legal and financial documents of medium-sized business customers available at the Bank.
• Communicates with the bank's divisions regarding the approval of customer applications.
• Advises customers regarding functions and their connection to Privat24 for business.
• Controls repayment of % and commissions of established clients.
• Enforces requirements regarding financial monitoring, risk management, countermeasures against legalization (laundering) of income received by criminal way, financing terrorism and financing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, etc.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education, majoring in "Accounting and Taxation", "Management", "Economics", "Finance, Banking and Insurance" or relevant.
• 1+ year work experience in the banking system or in an auditing or leasing company as a business analyst / credit analyst / risk manager / credit manager in working with SME or corporate business clients.
• 3+ years of service experience and monitoring of the credit portfolio of clients.
• Practical knowledge of business analysis, constant self-development in the direction of business analysis.
• Knowledge of the bank's products, services and services for business lending, the process of business lending clients.
• Understanding the basic principles of financial analysis of the enterprise, financial management, accounting of the enterprise.
• Understanding the basic principles of KYC, the regulatory framework of the NBU regarding financial monitoring and compliance of activitiesclients.
• Knowledge of enterprise accounting, the principles of drawing up consolidated reporting (will be an advantage).
• Availability of competencies: orientation to the result, working in a team, focus on the client, analysis and working with numbers data, working with text information, attention to details.
• Skills in working with client document packages, support for concluding credit agreements.
• A confident user of PC, MS Office, Google services (sheets, documents, mail, calendar, etc.).
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language).
