Business analyst (Odoo) trainee in A4, Gruppa kompaniy

We invite Business Analysts 1C (BAS) who want to relearn and work with the new Odoo system to cooperate. Knowledge of English is important.

We currently have several retail projects, the scale of which is 50+ branches across Ukraine, we also have foreign customers, so English will be+. We are looking for specialists who are ready to cooperate with us and learn Odoo on a freelance basis.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education in the field of information systems / computer science / business / accounting / management. Master's degree in business management is an advantage.
• 2+ years of work experience in the position of BAS analyst (1C)
• Education in the field of Odoo, knowledge of the Framework - will be+
• Work experience in the field of Odoo implementation - will be+
• Ability to solve production problems - trade tasks, experience in similar projects
• Intermediate and higher English language skills preferred
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand a detailed list of requirements
• Ability to create a baseline use case from a detailed list of requirements for one functional process/department
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Ability to create manual and training material according to end use scenarios
• Ability to reproduce problems in the system in real time and document them for reporting
• Ability to create good detailed meeting minutes
• Strong time management, self-organization skills and learning

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of customer needs and business processes to develop business solutions with detailed requirements
• Online meetings with customers (Skype/ZOOM\MEET)
• Support/help customers to be satisfied with new system/software
• Internal configuration/development testing, nrather than releasing them for UAT by business users
• Controlling the solution by establishing specifications, and coordinating production with developers
• Creating the functional specification and UAT plan, preparing tests and assisting in user training and preparation to end-user deployment
• Identify application issues by communicating with customers; evaluation procedures and processes. Provide troubleshooting and production support
• Train client personnel
• Communicate with software engineers to understand Odoo limitations
• Assist software developers during system development e.g. . provide use cases, flowcharts, and UML diagrams.
• Writing requirement documents or contributing to user manuals
