We recruit and retain top IT talent, providing opportunities for growth and advancement to deliver world-class solutions to clients worldwide.Responsibilities:Analyze and verify feature requests from the stakeholders, define required changes.Communicate requirements to the development team on the required level of details.Communicate with other internal teams.Prepare technical backlog with developers, maintain the lifecycle of the issues and drive sprint planning, support functionality till production.Manage requirements related conflicts and issues up to resolution.Care about continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.Requirements2+ years in business analysis.Upper Intermediate verbal and written English.Understanding of web and mobile application development process.Experience of creation and keeping up-to date functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases.Attentiveness to details, strong problem-solving skills.Experience in come up with solutions for business needs.Nice to have:Experience in gambling or gaming projects.Experience in working with the development team and customers in a product company.Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.Documents administration system: Atlassian Confluence.Issue tracking systems: Atlassian JIRA.Benefits20 working days of paid vacation per year.15 working days of sickness annually.Compensative English lessons.Training compensation.Remote work.
