Friends, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst

Your future duties:

• Analysis, modeling and description of existing and new business processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Formalization and specification of requirements, writing technical tasks at the level of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaboration with the development team to ensure correct implementation of requirements.
• Management of technical requirements throughout the software development life cycle.
• Conducting testing of implemented tasks to ensure compliance with requirements.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience: At least 2 years as a business analyst
• In-depth knowledge of key tasks and business analysis techniques
• Ability to analyze, model and describe business processes, preferably using BPMN notation
• Ability to formulate business requirements and technical tasks, user stories, use cases
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, visualization tools (Figma, MIRO or others)
• Knowledge of SQL. ABS B2 software, Сreatio will be an advantage
