KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: To participate in the discussion of changes and optimization of business processes; Interviewing key users of business processes; Drawing up schemes and descriptions of business processes as they are and as they should be; Preparation of instructions for participants of business processes and software users; Preparation of presentations of business process changes; Formalization of corporate software development tasks; Compilation of technical specifications for corporate software changes; Participation in testing and launching of new software or software.
