We expect:

• 2+ years of experience in business process analytics;
• thorough understanding of IT systems, software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies such as Agile, Kanban and Waterfall;
• understanding and ability to work with APIs and web services;
• ability to work in Jira, Confluence, Slack, Trello or similar tools for documentation and project management;
• skills in working with unified methods of visualization and process design such as BPMN and UML diagrams (Use Case, State Machine, Class diagrams and others);
• skills in working with tools for visualization of business processes, databases, JSON objects (for example, Draw.io and others);
• experience in formulating high-level technical requirements for a software product;
• experience in reengineering (optimization) of business processes;
• excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• strong communication skills;
• fluency in the Ukrainian language both orally and in writing;
• command of the English language, both oral and written, at a level no lower than Intermediate;

It will be an advantage:

• experience in using interface modeling products (Axure, Figma);
• experience in the role of Product Owner;
• experience of working with state bodies (clarification of requirements, conducting presentations).

Responsibilities:

• analysis and reengineering (optimization) of business processes;
• research and use of normative legal acts in the process of writing technical requirements;
• development of technical tasks and specifications;
• writing documentation and updating it;
• holding meetings with interested parties to clarify the requirements for the information system;
• conducting presentations and coordination meetings for interested parties;
• support for system development, implementation of ideas and product creation;
• interaction with developers, testers and other stakeholders;
• support after product release;
