We invite our team Business Analyst (Middle) What needs to be done: analyze the business needs of the customer; organize the requirements of the future product (communicate with interested parties — PM project, developers, customers, end users); analyze the requirements (apply different methodologies of evaluations—prototyping, questionnaires, surveys, brainstorming, analysis of existing documentation, competitors); analyze problem areas and proposals for improvement; formalize requirements (distribution of requirements into business, functional, non-functional, writing requirements specification); manage requirements (processing of appointment requests, analysis and description of the impact of existing requirements); broadcast the requirements between the developers and the PM of the project. We would be happy to talk to you if you have: 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst; ability to work with MSOffice, Jira, Confluence; you know the methodology of collection, analysis and formalization; knowledge of the English language B1+ (Intermediate) level; understanding of SDLC and basic methodologies (Scrum, Agile); you have analytical thinking; you can make decisions on your own; be attentive to details; you clearly express your thoughts.
