Responsibilities:

• Automation of business processes through the implementation of CRM.
• Collection, analysis and documentation of requirements to the system.
• Cooperation with customers and experts.
• Development of technical tasks and task setting.
• Modeling and design of information systems.
• Development of databases and technical solutions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in designing, implementing and implementing systems based on MS Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing), MS PowerApps (Model-Driven, Canvas).< /li>
• Experience of MS Dynamics CRM integration with other systems.
• Experience of gathering, formalizing and coordinating requirements, configuring system components (entities, rules, forms, roles, etc.).
• Ability to describe tasks for developers and train users.
