- Experience of working with/in CRM systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM)
- Experience of implementing CRM projects
- Understanding business processes and the ability to analyze them and design (Microsoft Visio)
- Understanding the roles of the main departments in the company, their interaction
- Knowledge of the software development cycle
- Experience in conducting presentations
- Basic knowledge of marketing, sales

Main tasks:
- Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft cloud technologies
- Analyze business processes and client requirements.
- Description and modeling of client business processes in the form flowcharts
- Form technical task
- Evaluate work and deadlines
- Set tasks for developers
- Configure CRM system
