About the product: < /h3>

The team works on the development, improvement and support of the electronic document management system used by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, its structural subdivisions and other state institutions. It is a fast, certified web client based on current technologies.

Candidate requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the role of a business analyst;
• SDLC understanding;
• willingness to work with the legal framework;
• knowledge of XML or JSON;
• mastery of basic process modeling notations (BPMN 2.0, UML);
• the ability to decompose tasks for developers and determine priorities;
• experience with Jira and Confluence tools.

What you will do in your role:

• formalize the requirements for functional modules of e-archiving and operational storage of documents;
• analyze reporting and analytics requirements;
• identify and collect requirements from customers;
• to analyze and formalize the requirements of the future product or existing functionalities;
• prepare technical documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements, as well as user instructions;
• coordinate business processes and technical tasks with members of working groups and customers;
• interact with development and testing teams.
