Business Analyst in Viseven

Responsibilities: Analysis and collection of requirements from key stakeholders (internal and external), documentation and support of these requirements during the software development life cycle; Preparation of artifacts such as SRS, FRS, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, project vision and scope, user guides, release notes and other required documentation; Support of the development team in clarifying the requirements; Creation of detailed diagrams and diagrams using BPMN/UML notations; Provision of assessments and planning sessions, other actions as needed (retrospective, stand-up, etc.); Work closely with UX/UI specialists, product owners, project managers and technical writers on product scope, planning, development and support; Researching integration points of external/internal systems and helping development teams in their integration; Participation in user testing; Identification, reporting and management of project risks and issues; Contribute to continuous improvement Requirements: Deep knowledge of business analysis theory; Professional level of requirements definition and analysis skills; Knowledge of the software development life cycle and fundamentals of software development methodologies; Ability to design processes and workflows using modeling methods at an advanced level; Ability to create detailed layouts using modeling tools (Draw.io, Balsamiq, Figma, Axur, etc.); Excellent written and communication skills; Close attention to detail; Strong analytical skills; Ability to work both in a team and independently; Upper-Intermediate English proficiency and above Show more Show less Job level Not applicable Type of employment Full-time Job duties Research, Analyst and Information Technology Industries IT services and IT Consulting
