This role is pivotal in developing financial models, roadmaps, and customer journey maps for our logistics platform. The successful candidate will manage multiple project deliverables, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and ensure effective communication with partners and clients. Responsibilities:Develop financial plans and project models.Construct and evaluate manual testing logic.Design and implement comprehensive roadmaps and customer journey maps.Oversee project documentation and manage stakeholder meetings.Monitor and report on project deliverables, including sprint planning.Assign technical tasks and manage communication with partners via email.Handle general account, services, and CRM management.Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience as a business analyst with strong project management skills.Proficiency in project and financial modeling tools.Understanding of UX/design principles and software development processes.Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge and intermediate AI tool proficiency.Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.Adaptable and eager to learn new business analysis methods.Minimum intermediate+ English proficiency.Please provide your CV and desired compensation rate, thank you!
