Business analyst (logistics direction) in EVA – liniya magaziniv

IT requirements:

• Understanding the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of SQL for working with databases and analytics.
• A confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, Project (preferably Office 365).
• Experience using Postman, Swagger, cURL tools for API testing.

Profile requirements:

• Experience with TMS/WMS class systems.
• Knowledge of transport logistics processes: highway transportation, last mile, courier delivery.
• Experience of cooperation with external courier services (Raketa, Glovo, etc.) is welcome.
• Ability to identify the main reasons for changes in the customer's business requirements.
• Ability to detail and decompose customer requirements for further work.

What you will have to do:

• Analyze business processes in the field of logistics and identify customer needs.
• Compile and document requirements for the functionality of TMS/WMS systems.
• Interact with development teams to ensure accuracy of requirements implementation.
• Participate in testing new features and system updates.
• Help in the development of logistics process optimization strategies.
• Evaluate the impact of changes on existing business processes.
• Participate in meetings with customers to clarify requirements and expectations.
• Create process diagrams and diagrams to visualize requirements.
• Teach users new functionality of systems.
• Collect feedback from users to improve processes.
• Explore new technologies and tools to improve work efficiency.
• Maintain documentation for projects and processes.
• Participate in projects to implement new technologies in logistics.
• Ensure compliance of business requirements with company standards.
• Participation in events to share experience within the company.
