Your main tasks will be: analysis and selection of pre-program product requirements; analysis of existing business processes and modeling of future processes ("tobe"); preparation of a description of the requirements for changing the existing configuration of systems for the purpose of automating business processes (development of technical specifications); development of systems integration processes and procedures, and implementation of data conversion into the system; development of test cases and testing; formation and updating of user instructions, training of end users and implementation of support; preparation of proposals for the development of implemented solutions. We expect from you: higher education; work experience as a business analyst (or support and development specialist) in projects for the implementation of automated enterprise management systems (ERP, CRM, EPM); basic knowledge in the field of project management and experience with Jira will be an advantage; knowledge of the relevant functional area at the same level as an expert — logistics unit (warehousing accounting, sales, procurement, inventory logistics); knowledge of the corresponding functional area at the level of a specialist — transport logistics, accounting of oil products at nano-oil depots, sale of oil products; basic knowledge of M&R functionality and customer relationship management, in particular experience in CRM implementation, will be considered an advantage; knowledge of the English language is not lower than Pre-Intermediate; analytical thinking; high level of communication skills (both speaker and listener); ordered documents, as well as an existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation, a passport (not expired) and others.
