As a business analyst, you will be responsible for conducting and implementing the process of acquiring and specifying business requirements for the development of products from the Lendi group and cooperating foreign partners. As part of your duties, you will collect, analyze and interpret requirements for new functionalities in CRM systems and B2C tools, working closely with the Product Owner.

Join us if:

• You have at least 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
• You are able to listen to others, and thanks to your facilitation skills, you turn each workshop with stakeholders into a pleasant and fruitful meeting
• You are great in the role of a liaison between the world of business and the world of IT - you can speak both languages, and in the event of conflicts of interest, you are able to come up with a solution
• You have analytical skills and experience in making business decisions based on data
• You are comfortable using speak and write English
• You are an independent person and willing to cooperate with other people in the company
• You are ready to gain new experiences
• You already have experience in working with a development team
• You have knowledge and experience in modeling IT systems using UML notation, as well as modeling business processes using BPMN notation

Nice to have:

• Higher education in a field (IT, product management, business)
• Experience in the industry financial intermediation (loans and/or insurance)
• Knowledge of regulations and provisions regarding financial intermediation
• Experience in working with international teams
