The financial company "NovaPay" (group of companies "Nova") in connection with the expansion of the staff announces a competition for a vacancy  "Business Analyst Lead (Mobile App)"

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience of working in fintech companies or launching a fintech application, experience of managing a small team.
• Experience of working as a business analyst or in a similar position in Agile - environments - 5-6 years
• Knowledge of the stages of the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of the principles of protocol data exchange between information systems.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Skills in drafting business requirements and technical tasks, user-story, use cases.< /li>

Main tasks:

< li>General management,
• organization and control of the work of the mobile application analysis group.
• Identification and recording of business requirements for mobile application development.
• Analysis, modeling and description of business processes.
• Interaction with the responsible divisions of the company to determine the scope of the product, planning, development and support of the integration process.
• Formalization and specification of requirements, writing technical tasks at the level of functional requirements and program implementation; writing non-functional requirements.
• Management of technical requirements throughout the software development life cycle.
• Fixation of integration requirements.
• Testing of implemented tasks.
• Interaction with external partners within the scope of competence.
