Kyivstar TV invites Business Analyst to ensure the development of projects and to accompany work processes in the company.

You come to us if you:

• want to work on your own product, for a measurable result;
• you have experience in business analysis and implementation of IT projects from 2 years;
• understand the process of managing the development of new products: WEB, Android and iOS, preferably Smart TV and Android TV applications;
• you have experience in writing structured project documentation: you know what system requirements are, USE CASE, decomposition;
• you have experience modeling processes in UML, BPMN;
• you know how to work with visualization tools and make presentations to the team about changes or creating new features;
• understand Agile development processes;
• you have JIRA and Confluence tools.

It will be an advantage:

• basic knowledge of SQL and database queries;
• experience with Swagger;
• knowledge of the principles of REST API operation (ability to set the task of developing a new API or changing an existing one, API documentation);
• experience with Kibana;
• experience and knowledge of manual testing principles;
• level of knowledge of the English language Pre-Intermediate+.

Together with the team, you will:

• collect and document primary information and project requirements (communicate with customers, product team , developers);
• analyze the received information, determine the conditions and dependencies of implementation, decompose business requirements to the level of individual tasks for developers;
• support the development of solutions at all stages of the SDLC, from the formalization of requirements to testing and transfer to support;
• create detailed requirements, namely: specifications for APIs taking into account existing IT technologies, requirements for interfaces, describe the logic of interaction of systems taking into account current and required methods, formalize technical requirements in the form of User Story, Use case;
• create UML (sequence) diagrams, other schemes and documents needed for development;
• analyze data from the database and logs, which are necessary in the process of preparing technical specifications and confirming development results;
• help developers and testers understand the problem to be solved or the functionality to be built;
• prepare technical documentation or make post-implementation changes to the product with the support of QA teams and developers.
