A joint project of two leaders of the telecommunications industry, 1+1 media and Kyivstar, currently looking for a Business Analyst who wants to be part of our team.

Being a plus, you will:

  • Collect and document primary information and project requirements (communication with customers, product team, developers)

  • Analyze the received information, definition of implementation conditions and dependencies, decomposition of business requirements to the level of individual tasks for developers;
  • Engage in support of solution development at all stages of the SDLC from formalization of requirements to testing and transfer to support.
  • Create detailed requirements, namely: specifications for APIs taking into account existing IT technologies, requirements for interfaces, description of the logic of interaction of systems taking into account current and required methods, formalization of technical requirements in the form of User Story, Use case;
  • Create UML (sequence) diagrams, other schemes and documents necessary for development;
  • Analyze data from the database and logs, which are necessary in the process of preparing technical specifications and confirming development results; >
  • Assist developers and testers in understanding their scope and the problem to be solved or the functionality to be built;
  • Engage in the preparation of technical documentation or post-implementation changes to the product with the support of QA teams and developers.

You should contact us if you:

  • Want to work on your own product, for a measurable result!
  • You have experience in business/system analysis and implementation of IT projects from 2 years;
  • You understand the process of managing the development of new products: WEB, Android and iOS, preferably Smart TV and Android TV applications ;
  • You have experience in writing structured project documentation and TOR;
  • You have experience in modeling processes in UML;
  • You are able to work with visualization tools and make presentations to the team regarding changes or creation of new features;
  • Understand Agile development processes;
  • Own JIRA (requirement management) and Confluence (documentation) tools.

Would be an advantage:

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database queries;
  • Swagger experience;
  • Knowledge of REST API principles ( be able to set the task of developing a new API or changing an existing one, API documentation);
  • Experience with Kibana;
  • Experience and knowledge of manual testing principles;
  • Level of knowledge of English Pre-Intermediate+.
