Key tasks: Analysis, description of business processes, including those that are subject to optimization and automation (as is and to be); Backlog management in the company's internal system; Development and formalization of proposals for improving business processes ; Development of instructions and templates of documents of structural divisions; Conducting user training, development of training materials and standards; Support for the implementation of the ERP system. Requirements: Higher education (economics will be a plus); Experience as an analyst from 1.5 years; Experience in writing business requirements and business processes Experience in ERP system implementation (work with SAP will be a plus); Knowledge of notations/modeling languages ​​(for example, BPMN, UML); Analytical thinking and the ability to systematize information; Competent oral and written language; Ability to work in a large team; Well-developed communication and organizational skills.
