The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, managing stakeholders, and translating requirements into detailed documentation. This role requires expertise in creating BRDs and SRSs, proficiency in process modeling using UML and BPMN as well as experience in managing user stories, defining API integration requirements, and writing technical documentation. Exposure to cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements. Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business value and feasibility. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including business users, product owners, developers, and QAs. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Manage expectations and ensure stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle.Documentation:Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) detailing business needs, processes, and requirements.Create detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) outlining system behavior, features, and functionalities.Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Process Modeling: Utilize UML and BPMN to model business processes, workflows, and system interactions. Analyze and optimize existing processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. User Story Management: Work closely with product owners and development teams to define, prioritize, and manage user stories in Agile environments. Ensure user stories are well-defined, testable, include Acceptance criteria and aligned with business objectives. API Integration Requirements: Define integration requirements for APIs, ensuring seamless communication between systems and applications.Collaborate with development teams to validate API functionality and compatibility.Technical Documentation:Write clear and detailed technical documentation including system architecture diagrams, API specifications, and data models.Document integration points, data flows, and system dependencies to support development and maintenancece activities.Crypto and Blockchain:Leverage knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies to support the development of innovative financial solutions.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the FinTech space.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the FinTech industry.Strong understanding of financial concepts, products, and markets.Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation standards.Experience with process modelling using UML and BPMN.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user story management tools (e.g., Jira).Familiarity with Confluence/Draw.ioKnowledge of API integration principles and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.Exposure to cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies is a plus.We offer:Become a part of our international team;Interesting tasks and challenges;Competitive salary fixed in Euro;Paid social package (paid vacation, paid sick leaves);Team-building activities.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and technology, contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions in the rapidly evolving FinTech landscape.
