We invite you to the Business analyst IT (Middle) team

Important for us:

● Experience in a similar position at least 2 years old;
● Excellent communication and analytical skills;
● Understanding of the software development process (SDLC);
● Experience of participation in software development/improvement;
● Experience in communicating with clients (conducting a survey, forming and
introducing the necessary requirements, conducting presentations);
● Experience in writing technical specifications (ToR or SRS) for
IT projects;
● Experience in developing product project documentation;
● Ability to model business processes and identify problems;
● Experience with task management systems (JIRA) and
documentation management (Confluence);
● Experience with REST API, Postman, JSON, XML;
● Experience in UI/UX prototyping;
● Experience with relational databases (SQL queries, database structures);
● Knowledge of Creatio CRM will be an advantage.

Will be a plus:
● Work experience in product companies;
● Understanding and ability to perform systems analysis.

Main duties:
● Analysis and coordination of business requirements with the customer;
● Formalization of requirements, writing requirements specifications, formation of TK/User
Stories and presentation of tasks to the development team;
● Maintenance of requirements specifications during the software
development cycle (interaction with designers, developers, testers);
● Keeping requirements up-to-date;
● Acceptance of completed works and presentation of the developed
functionality to the customer;
● Writing documentation and instructions for working with new functionality.
