Important for us: ● Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years; ● Excellent communication and analytical skills; ● Understanding of the software development process (SDLC); ● Experience of participating in software development/improvement; ● Experience in communicating with clients (conducting a survey, forming and introducing the necessary requirements, conducting presentations); ● Experience in writing technical specifications (ToR or SRS) for IT projects; ● Experience in developing product project documentation; ● Ability to model business processes and identify problems; ● Experience with task management systems (JIRA) and documentation creation (Confluence); ● Experience with REST API, Postman, JSON, XML; ● Experience in UI/UX prototyping; ● Experience working with relational databases (SQL queries, database structures); ● Knowledge of Creatio CRM. It will be a plus: ● Work experience in product companies; ● Understanding the inhibitions of conducting system analysis. Main responsibilities: ● Analysis and coordination of business requirements with the customer; ● Formalization of requirements, writing of requirements specifications, formation of TK/User Stories and presentation of tasks to the development team; ● Maintenance of requirements specifications during the software development cycle (interaction with designers, developers, testers); ● Maintenance of requirements in the current state; ● Acceptance of completed works and presentation of the developed functionality to the customer; ● Writing documentation and instructions for working with a new functionality.
