We are looking for a professional business analyst with the skills of a project manager (middle) to join the team of the IT department of the Company — a national retailer. Functional responsibilities: Analysis / development of business requirements together with the customer, detailing, assessment of execution terms. Analysis, modeling and implementation of processes in automation systems Organization and testing Organization and implementation of developments in productive environments, primary monitoring, error correction, optimization 3rd level support (user appeals, incident analysis, consultations) Creation of project documentation, project administration Requirements: Preferably higher technical and / or economic Work with systems of design, modeling and execution of processes (formalized description of processes, business requirements, implementation of new processes) Knowledge of one or more standard notations of process description (IDEF, BPMN 2.0 or others) Experience of using one or more applications for description / process modeling (Bizagi, Visio or others) Understanding of program / system architecture construction (including ERP, BI), system integration Experience with ms365 platform services will be an advantage Company offer: Together we will implement ambitious projects, we will get results that will increase efficiency of business.
