Business analyst, IT implementation consultant (Creatio platform) in Consimple

We are looking for a talented business analyst for our IT company. You will work in a team of professionals engaged in the development and implementation of solutions for clients. The "Consimple" company specializes in the implementation of CRM solutions on the Creatio platform for corporate clients and provides a full range of services, including planning, development and support of solutions. The main areas of work: automation of loyalty programs, marketing (including digital), online order management systems and support contact centers. The company's experts also specialize in the development of mobile applications and online portals/personal user accounts. Requirements: ability to apply BPMN2.0 modeling notations; writing technical documentation; basic understanding of database structure; forming functional requirements for software; general understanding of REST API (4 methods); analytical mindset, independence, responsibility. Will be a plus: experience in ERP/CRM implementation projects. Responsibilities: communicate with the Customer; requirements management: identification, preparation and detailing; change management. The ability to distinguish primary requests and changes in the request; knowledge of business process modeling notations (BPMN2.0 is mandatory, others will be additional +); experience in writing Technical Tasks, creating documentation for integrations (API), instructions for users; ability to describe tasks for development, as well as present the developed functionality to the Customer; analytical abilities, a general understanding of the database structure, the relationship schemes of database tables and software; experience in describing the architecture of the software — as an additional +Responsibility: for meeting the deadlines for the implementation of tasks; for the quality of the work performed.
