Main duties:

• Support of digital transformation projects, collection and documentation of requirements.
• Analysis of received information, decomposition of business requirements into tasks for developers.
• Modeling and description of business processes (BPMN 2.0).
• Communication with customers, developers and other involved parties.
• Preparation of technical and user documentation.
• Functional testing, user training.
• Participation in audits and improvement of the company's business processes.

Our expectations:

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile principles.
• Experience in business process modeling (BPMN 2.0), using Draw.io, Visio, etc.
• Business process analysis and modeling skills.
• Writing experience technical and user documentation.
• Experience of working in IT projects as a business or system analyst (from 1 year).
• For conscripts - the presence of orderly military accounting documents.
