Hello! DiFFreight is an international logistics company looking forBusiness Analyst. We are engaged in international transportation in the direction of China Ukraine, Ukraine - America, Ukraine - Europe.
In connection with the expansion of our IT department and the launch of new strategic projects, we are looking for aproactive, system and responsible Business Analyst, capable of managing complex domains independently. You will deeply analyze and optimize the company's key business processes, manage the full cycle of work with requirements and mentor junior colleagues.

Responsibilities candidate:
Analyze business processes: Study existing work processes, find opportunities for their improvement and automation.
Collect and manage requirements: Conduct interviews with internal customers (stakeholders) to identify and formalization of business needs.
Create technical documentation: Write detailed and understandable technical tasks (TOR) for developers, describe the logic of new functions.
Simulate processes: Visualize business logic using BPMN/UML notation (if needed).
Manage team: Lead and mentor a small team of3 designers and 2 testers; setting tasks, monitoring their execution.
Work closely with development: Be a "bridge" between business and IT, advise the team during development, participate in sprint planning.
Keep documentation: Maintain the relevance of project documentation inNotion and maintain a backlog of tasks inJira.
Participate in testing: Develop acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios and verify the finished functionality for compliance.
Responsibilities of the candidate:
Strategic analysis and optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes (As Is/To Be), identifiespain points and offer comprehensive solutions for automation and efficiency improvement at the process architecture level.
Managing the full cycle of requirements: Effectively collect, analyze, and validate business, user, and functional requirements for complex modules and integrations. Create high-quality, detailed specifications (SRS) and other artifacts that provide a clear understanding of the requirements. Process and Data Modeling:Use BPMN 2.0 notations and prototypes visualization of complex business processes, system logic and data structure.
Leadership and mentoring:Manage and mentor a small team (3 designers and 2 testers); ensure high-quality setting, prioritization and control of their tasks, promote their professional development.
Communication and conflict resolution: Act as a key "bridge" between the business (including top management), effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
Quality control: Develop detailed scripts for acceptance testing (UAT), coordinate the testing process and ensure compliance of finished functionality with business goals.
Participation in planning and architecture: Active participation in sprint/release planning, assessing solution complexity and discussing architectural solutions with the development team.
Our ideal candidate:
Has commercial experience as a business analyst or IT project managerfrom 2 years old.
Understands the software development life cycle and agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
Has experience gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements.
Able to work with project management tools (Jira,Notion or similar).
Has basic technical knowledge (understands APIs, databases, how web applications work).
Excellent communicator: knows how to listen, ask the right questions and convey ideas clearly.
Proactive, independent and results-oriented.
Would be an advantage:
Technical education or experience in development/testing.
Experience in logistics or with ERP systems.
Team management or mentoring experience

Working schedule from MON - FRI from 10:00 to 18:00;
Office work or hybrid form (3 days in the office/2 remotely),Remotely not considered!!!;
Probationary period of 1 month with retention of full salary and presence in the office every day;
Decent financial motivation: salary 75,000 — 85,000 UAH, according to the results of the interview;
