Requirements for the candidate: Education and experience: Higher education (economic, technical, IT). Experience as a business analyst from 2 years Experience in implementing ERP systems based on SAP, BAS, Dynamics AX/365 or similar will be an advantage. Knowledge and skills: Methodologies: Deep understanding and experience of working with classic canons and practices of business analysis, including BABOK. Ability to clearly and succinctly formulate business requirements, use the language of business communication. Knowledge and experience of working with business process analysis methodologies (AS-IS, TO-BE). Ability to model business processes using BPMN 2.0. Knowledge and experience of working with UML for system modeling. Ability to use notations for data visualization and systems architecture. Tools: Experience with data visualization tools. Knowledge of SQL and non-relational database principles. Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools. Confident in Jira and Confluence for project and task management. Personal qualities: High analytical and communication skills. Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Ability to think critically and solve problems. Ability to work in a team and establish communication with various stakeholders. Systems thinking and attention to detail. Responsibility and self-organization. Responsibilities: Analysis and modeling: o Collection and analysis of business requirements. o Transformation of business needs into technical requirements. o Modeling of business processes using BPMN 2.0. o Development of functional schemes for system optimization. Development and integration: o Cooperation with by the development team to translate business requirements into technical solutions. o Control of the integration of new functions and their support. Testing and quality: o Support and testing of integrations. o Basic manual testing and verification of functionality. Documentation and support: o Creating and maintaining the relevance of technical documentation .o Description of technical requirements for the development of additional system functionality.o Support and consulting of users on issues of system functionality.
