Due to staff expansion, we offer to join our Business Analytics (IT) team.

Key tasks:

• Collection, analysis and formalization of business requirements from internal stakeholders
• Analysis and modeling of business processes (as-is / to-be)
• Preparation of functional requirements, User Stories, Use Cases and specifications
• Participation in the development and improvement of corporate CRM/BPM systems (including Creatio)
• Interaction with development teams, QA and other process participants
• Participation in testing (UAT), demonstration of functionality and implementation of changes
• Create and maintain documentation (BPMN, process diagrams, instructions user)
• User support and participation in systems development according to business needs

Our expectations from the candidate:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System analyst
• Experience with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, BPM or similar)
• Experience gathering and formalizing business requirements
• Experience writing functional documentation
• Understanding SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Business process modeling experience (BPMN, UML or similar notations)
• Strong communication skills skills and experience of interaction with business and technical teams
• Proactive position
