Due to staff expansion, we offer to join our Business Analytics (IT) team.
Key tasks:
- Collection, analysis and formalization of business requirements from internal stakeholders
- Analysis and modeling of business processes (as-is / to-be)
- Preparation of functional requirements, User Stories, Use Cases and specifications
- Participation in the development and improvement of corporate CRM/BPM systems (including Creatio)
- Interaction with development teams, QA and other process participants
- Participation in testing (UAT), demonstration of functionality and implementation of changes
- Create and maintain documentation (BPMN, process diagrams, instructions user)
- User support and participation in systems development according to business needs
Our expectations from the candidate:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System analyst
- Experience with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, BPM or similar)
- Experience gathering and formalizing business requirements
- Experience writing functional documentation
- Understanding SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Business process modeling experience (BPMN, UML or similar notations)
- Strong communication skills skills and experience of interaction with business and technical teams
