What will you be to do?

• Analysis of the company's business processes, identification of problems and areas for improvement;

• Collection, processing and analysis of data to support decision-making;

• Formalization of existing business processes;

• Development of target business processes, their coordination and refinement with by business;

• Writing technical tasks for IT solutions;

• Interaction with development, marketing, logistics and finance teams;

• Evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented changes and recommendations for optimization;

• Moderation of meetings with stakeholders;

• Participation in development automated business solutions together with the IT team;

• Analysis of existing ERP, CRM, and other systems and recommendations for their integration and optimization;

• Interaction with developers and testers as part of the implementation of changes;

• Maintenance and support of documentation in Jira/Confluence.

What skills and qualities should you possess?

• Experience as a business analyst from 2 years;

• Understanding of the retail industry, preferably in the field of DIY (home goods and repair);

• Understanding the basics of BPMN, UML and Agile methodologies;

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem solving skills;

• Experience in writing business requirements and technical tasks;

• High level of communication skills and ability to work in a team;

• Ukrainian - fluent, English - preferably at B2 level and above.
