We invite you to our IT teams Operational and application software analytics (Product Owner / Analyst IT).

Tasks:

• Responsible for the development and optimization of the company's business processes in IT systems;
• Performs the role of Product Owner in Agile software development projects;
• Collects, analyzes, describes the business requirements of customers;

• Sets and monitors the execution of tasks for 1C programmers and programmers of OLAP analytical systems;
• Performs preliminary testing and organizes comprehensive testing by customers;
• Develops technical and user documentation;

• Participates in pair programming on complex projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in participating in production automation projects in franchisee company 1C, or in a similar position in a production company;
• Experience in managing projects and changes (incl. Waterfall, Agile);
• Ability to describe and optimize business processes using typical methods (BPMN, UML, Swimlane diagram);
• Skills in building corporate reporting based on OLAP;

• Ability to construct technical tasks for the development of software products, writing 1C user instructions;
• Ability to set tasks for programmers, advise customers, solve problematic issues related to developments.
